I walked in and I was the third person in line. They open the doors on time and took our intake, we signed papers and went into the back. Paige, Summer, Dr. Richter, and the rest of the staff took good care of me. They were hands-on and guided me through the process. I can only speak for myself that I felt safe and comfortable. I want to thank the staff for continuing to be the best health team during the whole COVID situation.

My experience while getting dual scopes done was impeccable. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. The nurse who got me ready was so sweet and reassuring. She also performed the most painless hand IV insertions that I've ever had done. I met the anesthesiologist and Dr. Schaberg briefly before the procedure and both were pleasant. When I woke, my nurse was there, ready to
give me something to drink. I highly recommend this practice.
